Excel is true point guard and a 3 level scorer.He recently returned to play following and injury and was easily the best player in ISSAPP he led EWIS to a victory over the 1st Seeded CIS in the First Round. He is a 2023 ISSAPP Victor and a National 3x3 champion. In EWIS Trip to Chang Mai Excel helped lead them to a 3rd place position. Excel concludes his High School Career as one of the top players in the country .

Sattaya Sreng is a 6'3 Guard/forward Sreng is a versatile player and can play all 5 positions. His accolades alone speak for themselves being a 2 time ISSAPP Champion with Northbridge and is a 1 time 3x3 National Winner. Sreng recently returned to NISC after being absent from the tea and led them to a victory over Logos in the first round hitting the game-winning freethrows. He is a 3 level scorer and is the best defender in the country.

Kevin is very versatile player , A player who does not need the ball at all to score he consistently gets to his spots and knocks it down at a high percentage. Kevin displayed impressive play recently in the UNCM 3v3 running with Rary Nagas. He is a versatile defender with the ability to switch onto bigs and to defend smaller guards.And is a knockdown shooter Kevin is the best 2 way guard in the country.
4.Pok Sokangkesak Rary Sisowath 2024 5'7 PG 87/100
Sak is the heart of Rary Sisowath team . He is a tremendously smart point guard who rarely causes turnovers he makes everyone else better and was a huge part in Rary success. Sak is definitely in contention for the best shooter in the whole country and is the best Pure Pointguard in the country he had a strong showing at the UNCM 3v3.
5.Gollogly Rustum Lfrd 2024 6'2 f/c 87/100
Rustum led LFRD to a ISSAPP Victory. He is a very skilled big with soft hands he was the heart of this team with his very impressive defense and shot blocking.His finishing with contact was very impressive throughout the tournament.Rustum is the heart of the LFRD squad leading his team past ISPP,NISC and eventually Hope to be crowned ISSAPP Champs.
6.Sophal Pichmono Rary Sisowath 2024 6'1 S/PF 85/100
Pichmono is an extremely impressive and very skilled forward. Pichmono is very smart at using his body and is very efficient he was crucial in Sisowath success as a program and is one of the leaders of the squad.He had strong showing at the recent UNCM 3x3.
7.Tun Kongsak Rary Sisowath 2024 6'2 PF/C: 85/100
Kongsak is a tremendous Athlete and uses his amazing jumping ability to be a dunk threat. Pairing his freakish athletic ability with his soft touch to his advantage. He is an absolute nightmare for opposing bigs and is a great shot blocker .He is very imporant for the Sisowath squad.
8.Andy De Guzman 2024 5'7 G: 85/100
Andy is the ideal guard being a knockdown shooter and finisher.He shined at the UpNext X Future Now Invitational.He is a poised point guard and is a lights out shooter he posted a tournament high of 31 points and helped lead Wasians to the Finals where he performed amazing to put up a great fight against Sisowath.
9.Gavin Heffener Internationl School of Phnom Penh 2024 6'6 C: 85/100
Gavin is nightmare to guard with his size and combination of touch.He helped the Falcons to a strong showing at the UpNext x Future Now invitational and had double digits across all games played he looks to lead the Falcons to a ISSAPP Victory this coming ISSAPP Season.
10.kyler hester hope international school 2024 5'10 G: 84/100
Kyler was very Impressive this ISSAPP season.A very quick guard who has a very impressive offense skill set he led Hope to a 2nd place finish at ISSAPP and was very crucial in their impressive ISSAPP run beating off defending champions East West along the way.
11.Gneok Rithykun Rary Sisowath 2024 5'10 G: 84/100
Rithykun is an all around guard who can slash to the basket and can knock down the three ball.He sees the floor very well and has a high understanding for the game his most impressive game came against Castor where he had 14 points.
12.Reister Webster Logos International School 2024 6’3 F 83/100
Webster is a Rebounding Machine crashing the boards both on offense and defense he created multiple 2nd chance opportunities.He had a stronger performance against Sisowath and Hai Di Lao.
